This policy covers how the Thames Ditton and Weston Green Residents' Association ("the Association") treats personal information that the Association collects and receives. Concerning this site
The Association does not set permanent cookies nor marketing software
on your local computer for the purposes of tracking visitors to this site,
but may set an ephemeral cookie to enable use of parts of this
site during a session. If you elect to log in automatically to the Forum, a cookie will be placed on your computer to enable this. Your Internet Protocol address
may be recorded to help redress abuse of the Forum facilities
Concerning the Data Protection Act 1998
Information that you volunteer to the Thames Ditton and Weston Green Residents' Association is handled in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998, the principles of which are that personal

- not kept longer than necessary
- processed in accordance with the data subjects’ rights

Data that you volunteer are processed and stored solely for the purposes of:
- Administration
- Public relations
- Accounts and records
- Communications between the Association and you
Under the Data Protection Act you are entitled to a copy of any information held about you.
Confidentiality
Data will be made available only to authorised personnel within the Association who we believe
reasonably need to come into contact with that information and will not be given to other parties
except as may be required by law.
